As mentioned during the workshop, the CPI team is offering a complimentary Workforce Planning assessment/consultation along with a customized Bullseye Engagement demo to the organization of each workshop registrant. The process is as follows: · Schedule an hour-long session between your organization’s team** and the CPI team (Assessment focused on the stages of Workforce Planning discussed in workshop) · CPI team will evaluate responses/feedback and formulate key insights · CPI team to share results/recommendations and provide customized Bullseye demo with organization’s team** (60 minutes) **One member of organization’s leadership team must be present at each session
